Patti Malitas

Board Member

Patti has lived in Fort Washington since 2010 and is a parent of three daughters in the District. Patti fell into a career in technology after graduation from Widener University with a Bachelor of the Arts and has never looked back. As the Business Development Manager at B&R Business Solutions, she listens to clients and helps architect solutions to improve business processes and solve problems.


Patti is passionate about driving diversity, and opening minds to the possibilities in the tech field. She is the NYC Board Chair of The WIT Network, a non-profit organization with the mission of encouraging women and girls into technology and drive women to executive leadership positions. Patti served on the planning team of the first ever WIT Network International Women's Day Conference in Kansas City in 2019, and is currently serving on the WIT Network planning committee for Microsoft Inspire conference summer 2019. Patti's favorite volunteer experiences have been as a mentor for Microsoft DigiGirlz, a program to help middle school aged girls experience a career day at Microsoft.


Patti's family is active in the Upper Dublin School plays, music programs, recreational sports, dance and are frequent visitors of MonDaug Bark Park with their schnauzer, Parker.
